The Team
Keith Pickering
General Contractor
Keith is the owner of Precision Home Development; and believes that his key to success is in the relationships he builds with his clients. Keith began his construction career 1999 with Classic Stellar Homes, a luxury home builder, where he was a construction manager in Scottsdale and Phoenix. The construction boom in Phoenix was occurring at this time, and sometimes Keith was managing as many as ten new home construction projects at once. The homes that he built ranged in size from 2,800-15,000 sq. ft. This experience gave Keith the tools to build a strong team of subcontractors through respect and reliability. Keith works closely with many of the exclusive design firms in Scottsdale, and has built homes and completed remodels though out the Phoenix area.
Keith was born in Seattle, Washington, grew up in Alaska, and then later attended Kent State University in Ohio. Now he lives in Scottsdale with his wife, Jane and considers this his home.
Ann Cuneo
Project Administrator-Marketing-Realtor™
Ann has worked for Precision Home Development since 2011 and has over 25 years of marketing and construction experience. Prior to Precision Home Development, Ann served as the Vice President of Marketing for Old Iron Doors. While being and owner operator at Old Iron Doors, Ann worked closely with the construction portion of the company and was able to obtain a solid knowledge of residential building industry. Ann also is a licensed Realtor in Arizona.
Ann is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she moved to Phoenix Arizona in 1986 after graduating from College in North Carolina. She now lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband
Chris McNeil
Project Manager
Chris has worked for Precision Home Development since 2013 and has lived and worked in the Phoenix area for the past 15 years. Working side-by-side with Keith, the general contractor of Precision Home Development, has given Chris a large scope of hands-on construction experience.
Chris graduated from the University of Akron in Ohio which has supplied him with a strong skill set in Business Management and working in retail management has provided him with impressive employee and customer service skills. Besides work, Chris has a busy family life raising two children and enjoying Arizona nature by hiking and playing golf.
Angel J. Dwyer
Purchasing Manager
Angel has worked for Precision Home Development since 2013 and has been working in the residential construction industry for over 25 years and is experienced in all phases of the building process. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in estimating, scheduling, purchasing, field coordination and interior design selections.
Angel brings an abundance of energy, creativity, dedication and knowledge to all of Precision Home Development’s projects. It can be guaranteed that Angel will stay on top of all the details. Angel has lived in the Phoenix area for over 23 years and considers this her home now.
