Project Remodel | Before and After in Terravita

Client Objective

Our clients owned a second home for a number of years in North Scottsdale and decided it was time to make some updates, with their main focus on the kitchen, master bathroom and new flooring through out.

Details

The project began with removing most of the flooring, cabinets, plumbing and relocating walls. After demo was completed we began to put the house back together with porcelain wood plank flooring, Shaker style cabinets, countertops and paint. In the kitchen the main focus was the marble slab island with a butcher block end piece, on the perimeter of the kitchen countertop the designer chose Linen colored quartz, Caesarstone. New stainless steel appliances and executive chef sink were added with the finishing touch of two beautiful custom glass light fixtures.

The homeowners were happy with the results of the remodel and are looking forward to spending more time in Arizona.
