Project Remodel | Gainey Ranch Glory

Client Objective

Our clients had a water leak that started on the main level of their home; the water ran for two days and flooded the lower level extensively.  They needed to repair the damaged areas and wanted to up-date their home. They hired Peggy Parker from Est Est Inc. to put together their design ideas and details.

Details

The homeowners added many wonderful features to their home. The project was extensive, and we touched almost every area of this large home. Some of the design elements that stood out were the Crema Marfil 18” x 18” select polished stone floors and the wood detail inserted between the office floor tiles. A number of custom hand-carved limestone fireplaces were installed, and limestone elements were added to their new wine room. New varied Onyx counter-tops made a beautiful detail to the kitchen and bathrooms. New lighting including under-counters and the interiors of new custom cabinets made the house sparkle. The remodel was completed with new Venetian plaster, wall coverings, and faux paint through out the house.
