Project Remodel | Legend Trail Makeover

Client Objective

Our client wanted to move from their high-rise apartment to a single-family home with a pool and a view. During their home search, they found a perfect house, but they did not like the location. They continued their search and finally found a house with a perfect location that could be transformed into their dream house.

Details

The remodel started with the complete demolition of the interior, except for the walls. The homeowner wanted an open and bright kitchen, so they chose new custom cabinets in white with a grey glaze, and they installed a large island that included seating on two sides. Glass deco tile on the kitchen back-splash added a little sparkle.  To complete the look, they installed a two-tiered granite counter-top. They also added maple hardwood floors throughout the main living areas for a very warm but dramatic flair. Another highlight was the new 48” vent-less fireplace with a grey river-rock face in the living room. The master bathroom had a spa like feel with a free-standing tub, glass deco tile, and a barn door.

Everyone was extremely happy with the results of the remodel. We finished the remodel on schedule. The home was transformed from a Tuscan interior design to a warm and contemporary transitional design.
