Project Remodel | Paradise Valley Condo

Client Objective

Our client purchased a 45, year, old Paradise Valley condo that needed a full renovation. The homeowners wanted to have an open concept floor plan. To help them with their vision, they hired designer Peggy Parker from Est Est Interior Design.

Details

The remodel started by removing all the flooring, cabinets and fixtures from the house.  A mirrored wall and columns that divided the kitchen and living room were also removed. The sliding glass door in the kitchen was taken out, and replaced with French doors. The bathrooms were transformed with cabinets new tile, and plumbing fixtures. New custom cabinetry, appliances and lighting made the kitchen a chef’s dream. The entire project was pulled together with the installation of new flooring and paint, which made this condo extremely warm and inviting.
